Account Information: name, email address, phone number, date of birth, profile photo, and password.

Profile & Preference Data: bio, social media handles, travel preferences, wishlists, saved destinations, and trip stories.

Transaction Data: booking details, payment information (processed securely by our payment providers — we do not store full card numbers), billing address, and purchase history.

Location Data: with your consent, we may collect GPS location to help you find nearby parks, campsites, and experiences.

Content You Upload: photos, videos, reviews, comments, messages, and listings you submit to the Platform.

Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, pages visited, time spent, and referral URLs. We use cookies and similar technologies to collect this data.

Communications: records of emails, support tickets, and in-app messages exchanged with us or other users.

We collect personal information directly from you when you register, update your profile, make a booking, list a property, upload content, or contact us. • Business Transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the successor entity.

All third parties who receive your data are contractually bound to use it only for the purpose of providing services to us and to protect it in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Some of our service providers are located outside Australia and New Zealand (including in the United States and Europe).
