About this site
Butts Reserve is a free, unpowered campground at the foot of Mount Tarrengower within the Maldon Historic Reserve. It offers picnic tables, shelter, fireplaces, and flushing toilets, suitable for tents, caravans, and RVs. Dogs are permitted on lead. Campsites can become boggy after rain. Fires are permitted in constructed fireplaces, with a maximum stay of 42 days.
