Historic Price Flat Hut is a basic four-bunk hut located in the Kokatahi River - Whitcombe River area, West Coast region. It provides a historic link with the area's early deer culling days, with its oldest part possibly built in 1908. It has a slab hut construction with a hand-hewn frame, iron roof, and concrete floor.
