Brachina East Campground offers 13 allocated campsites on the banks of Brachina Creek and Aroona Creek, suitable for tents, camper trailers, and some caravans. Facilities include long drop toilets and fire pits. Access is by high clearance 2WD, with some sites requiring 4WD. Located within Ikara-Flinders Ranges National Park.
