Ups N Downs

This paid campground is a large sandy spot beside a beautiful running river and is ideal for solitary camping or a small group of 2-3 cars. It is dog friendly. It is accessible to motorbikes and four wheel drives. Not suitable for caravans. Drive in to homestead at the Tyres on the PDR, 11km south of Archer River Roadhouse or 53km north of Coen. Payment of $10 per car. Instructions are then given to camp site; 5km bush track to creek. You will need to lower tyre pressure at end of track to access sandy area but usually an easy in and out.
