Bindaree Flat Camping Area is a free, no-booking campsite located on Taungurung Country within the Alpine National Park. Situated on the Howqua River, it offers a scenic camping experience with an historic hut. Access is by 4WD only, involving river crossings. Activities include hiking, hunting, bushwalking, four-wheel driving, fishing, and horseriding. Weather can be unpredictable, and seasonal road closures apply.
